A 7,500 gross-square-foot residence with separate pool area.

Systems include ventilated redwood rain-screen siding, post tensioned concrete floor slabs with fly-ash cement, pre-engineered cedar glue-lam roof beams, high efficiency heat pumps with simultaneous heating and cooling, integrated floor duct distribution, LED lighting and gas-filled, clear low-e insulated glass walls. All old growth redwood is from reclaimed sources and in-situ soil was used in the earthen walls and floors. All wood is sealed with zero VOC linseed oil. Broad roof overhangs used throughout for additional protection from the elements.
