Founder and Principal of Thomas Silva Architects, Inc., Thomas Silva is an award winning registered
architect with over three decades of professional experience, including collaborating with
four Pritzker Prize laureates.
Mr. Silva's diverse experience in project types range from small to urban scale, including fine art museums,
performing arts centers, groundbreaking scientific and academic research facilities, high-end custom homes
and multi-family high-rises, office buildings, hotels, loft conversions, healthcare facilities, interior tenant
improvements, high-end interior design, small remodels, and renovations of listed historic buildings
incorporating sustainable design strategies.
In addition, Mr. Silva has over 25 years construction administration experience in a variety of complex
projects, with budgets ranging from $8-150 million.

THOMAS SILVA ARCHITECTS, INC utilizes the most current 3D computer modeling software
in its design and construction documents, and has an established quality control program
that is implemented into each phase of every project. Our staff provides all necessary
services to assure compliance with applicable building codes, and can provide detailed
construction cost estimating services to maintain conformance with the project’s budget.
We have developed specialized expertise in various construction technologies, including
exterior facade design and envelope detailing, waterproofing, roofing and sophisticated
glazing systems design, among others. TSA has effectively and efficiently managed large
diverse project teams incorporating many specialized consultants and designers.
We can also provide services necessary to achieve LEED certification for projects
