Conceived as a "slice of the sky", this 16,000 gross square foot, $16 million cutting edge research center houses some of the most advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment in existence within an underground complex program featuring a high-powered MRI and cyclotron, a landscaped courtyard, offices and research laboratories for cancerous cell research and molecular and gene imaging expressions.
Received 2007 Excellence in Architecture Design Award, San Francisco Chapter AIA.
